What is this show about?
Third Watch is a show that focuses on the
lives, relationships, struggles and triumphs of nine main
characters all in the profession of public service. Four
police officers, four paramedics, and one (main) firefighter's
lives are shown on both the personal and professional levels.
Though separately they each live their own lives, they all
share the common bond of protecting, and serving the civilians
of their city. Third Watch is the best new show of '99 I've
seen. The characters are ones you can believe, you could
almost mistake them for your local public servants.
